This website is a purely informational site. It embeds no external fonts and contains no contact form. Visitor statistics are only collected if you have expressly consented.

Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Lovable. The provider is Lovable Labs Incorporated, based in the United States; its representative in the European Union is Lovable Labs AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden. When you access the site, the hosting provider automatically collects data transmitted by your browser. This includes the IP address, the date and time of access, the file requested, the previously visited page and information about your browser and operating system. This data is required for the operation and security of the site. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation; the legitimate interest lies in providing the website in a technically sound and secure manner. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. Where data is transferred to the United States, the transfer is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Visitor statistics

If you have given your consent, I collect anonymous visitor statistics through a service provided by my hosting provider Lovable. A random identifier is stored on your device for 30 minutes as a cookie named session-id, so that several page views can be attributed to a single visit. The data collected covers the pages viewed, the approximate origin at country level, the device category and the referring page. No conclusions can be drawn about you as a person. The legal basis for storing data on your device is Section 25 (1) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act, and for the subsequent processing Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Without consent the script is not loaded and no cookie is set. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the Measurement link in the footer, with effect for the future and without giving reasons.

Contacting me

If you contact me by email or telephone, I process your information solely in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation where the enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f). The data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention periods apply.

Encryption

This site is delivered over an encrypted connection using the TLS standard, recognisable by https in your browser's address bar.

Your rights

You have the right of access under Article 15, to rectification under Article 16, to erasure under Article 17, to restriction of processing under Article 18, to data portability under Article 20 and to object to processing under Article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation. Right to lodge a complaint
